Your dashboard will show data for the market you initially picked during onboarding. If you have a market data subscription, the market name will be shown on the dropdown; if you have a property data subscription you can verify your market under settings (gear button).
Data Overview
The market data being displayed is the average of the last 12 months. The only exception to this is the total property count, which is the total number of active properties for the prior month. Statistics are color coded across all pages as follows:
ADR, Occupancy, and Revenue
Currency is always displayed in US Dollars.
Market Data
Within the Market Dashboard, data is provided for properties with 0 (Studios) to 5 bedrooms. Filters are available at the top to filter data to the desired property sizes only. Click here for a guided tour of a market demo subscription.
Property Data
For property specific subscriptions, data is provided only for the segment the property belongs to. For example, if you have a 2 bedroom property, market data details only summarize data for other 2 bedroom properties. Click here for a guided tour of a market demo subscription.
Property data also includes property-specific KPIs; however both market and property statistics are labeled accordingly as shown below.
