ADR: Average Daily Rate

Occupancy: The rate at which a property stays booked. If there are 30 days in a month and a property was booked over 15 nights, then the occupancy rate is 50% (15 divided by 30)

Percentile: A statistical term to describe where a data point starts in relation to the rest of the dataset: 10th: bottom 10%, 25: bottom 25%, 75: top 25%, 90: top 10%

ROI: Return on investment. This is one of the main metrics used to analyze whether an investment is worth it or not. In general, the higher the return on investment the better. It simply tells you how much money you can expect to get back for every dollar you invested. For example, if your ROI is 10% and you invested $1000, you can expect to make $100/year.
